Since my culinary journey began in 2000, I've been immersed in the world of kitchens and flavors. In 2011, I ventured into entrepreneurship by opening a restaurant in Boston, which became a beloved culinary haven until 2017. Seeking new inspiration, I then moved to Seattle, exploring the city's diverse food culture. In 2020, the irresistible call of the kitchen drew me back, marking the beginning of a new chapter as I re-entered the food industry with a fresh perspective and a passion that has only deepened over the years.
